Learned APP is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the Victim Girl-X through the Superintendent of Police, Chatra in the light of judgment reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 (Nipun Saxena and Anr. vs. Union of India) and shall file affidavit with regard to service of notice.

2. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records along with neatly typed copy of the case diary, Medical Report of the Victim girl and statement of the Victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C.

3. Put up this case after five weeks.

4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Chatra by FAX and be also handed over the learned APP for the needful.
