03/15.10.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well

as the learned counsel appearing for the State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection

with Complaint Case No.833 of 2022 for the alleged offences

registered under Sections 323, 452, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of

Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial

Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that

complaint case has been filed in which the cognizance has been

taken and summon has been issued.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there

is complaint case and in view of that there is no apprehension.

5. In view of the above the petitioners are directed to

surrender before the learned Court in light of judgment of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus

Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10

SCC 51.

6. This petition is disposed of.
