the judgment dated 30th October 2025, inasmuch, instead of the year

'2009', it has wrongly been mentioned as '2019', in the description

given for W.P. (L) No.1716 of 2009.

Paragraph 41 of the judgment dated 30th October 2025 be

rectified to that extent.
