03/ 20.11.2025 The matter relates to Sector-XII P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025,

pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to

move before the learned court on the strength of the judgment of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central

Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. As such, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
