Order No.02/13.11.2025 I.A. No.14754 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellants by challenging the judgment dated 12.09.2025 and sentence dated 17.09.2025 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara in Session Trial No.39 of 2025 in connection with Kundahit P.S. Case No.13/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.67/2025 by which the appellants have been convicted for the offence under Section 323 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for one year each with the fine of Rs.1000/- each.

2. I.A. No.14754 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellant vide order dated 16.10.2025 for the period of one month.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellants namely Rajesh Tudu, Sarveshwar Tudu, Ranjan Tudu, Ravinath Tudu @ Rabindra Tudu, Nibulal Tudu, and

Jageshwar Tudu by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 16.10.2025 for the period of one month is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No.14754 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

5. Admit.

6. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to implead the Informant as Respondent No.2 in this case in course of the day.

7. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2 by Speed Post with A/D and for which, requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks' from today, failing which this Criminal Appeal (SJ) shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

8. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records from learned Court below.
