2/12.11.2025 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with

T.Tanger P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 and the case is pending in court of learned

Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Simdega.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw instant petition with liberty to move before learned

court on strength of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of

Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and

Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel for respondent State has got no objection for

same.

4. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
