04/06.11.2025 The matter relates to Chandwara P.S. Case No.26 of 2025

pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koderma.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that now

process under Section 80 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

has been issued by the learned Court.

3. In view of his such submission, Mr. Choubey, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition to

find out the liberty and also to surrender before the learned Court in light

of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar

Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in

(2022) 10 SCC 51.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
