Order No: 02/ Dated: 06.05.2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the

appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence

dated 21.03.2025 passed in S.T Case No. 118 of 2018 (arising out

of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 by Smt. Kusum Kumari,

learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, F.T.C,

Ramgarh by which the appellant has been convicted for the

offence under Sections 323, 341 and 325 of I.P.C and sentenced to

undergo S.I for six (06) months, S.I for one (01) months and S.I

for three (03) years respectively and to pay the fine of Rs. 2,000/-.

2. I.A No. 4652 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the

appellant for confirmation of provisional bail granted to the

appellant vide order dated 21.03.2025.

3. It appears that the learned Court below has allowed the

appellant to remain on provisional bail vide order dated

21.03.2025 till 20.05.2025.

4. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail of the

appellant is, hereby, confirmed.

5. I.A No. 4652 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.
