1. The Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 09.04.2025 passed by Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh-II, learned Additional Sessional Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Dhurki P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 620 of 2019 [S.T. No. 333 of 2019] by which the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 325 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for two (2) years and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand).

2. I.A. No. 5929 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 430(1) of the BNSS, 2023 for confirmation of provisional bail granted vide order 09.04.2025 by Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh-II, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa till 08.05.2025.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

4. It appears that the learned Court below has granted the provisional bail for 30 days vide order dated 09.04.2025 till 08.05.2025.

5. Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and under the circumstances of this case, the Provisional bail granted to the appellant, namely, Manjay Yadav by the learned Court below is hereby confirmed.

6. Thus, I.A. No. 5929 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

7. Admit.
