       Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Sri V. K. Tiwari, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad.

On 18.01.2025 at about 12:36 noon, Saraidhela Police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons from a place near ISM gate, Dhanbad. It is alleged that 03 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the accused persons.

Mr. R. S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that though petitioner is an accused as many as two cases of similar nature, but he has been acquitted in both the cases. The judgments of both the cases have been annexed with this bail application.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri V. K. Tiwari, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special judge, Dhanbad, in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025.
