Order No: 02/ Dated: 24.03.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the Victim girl 'X' through her guardian as O.P No.2 in this case in course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the State is directed to get served the notice upon the Victim Girl "X" through her guardian through Superintendent of Police, Godda in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and also vide Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 issued by the High Court of Jharkhand and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the victim girl "X" through her guardian.

3. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records along with the Statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and medical report of the victim girl, if any.

4. Put up this case on 6th May 2025.

5. In the meantime, it will be open to the learned counsel for the appellant to file supplementary affidavit.
