Learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that the appellant No.2 Bishu Mahato and appellant No.3 Ghaltu Mahato having the age of 70 and 63 years as on the date of pronouncement of judgment i.e. 27th July 2004. He has not instruction regarding their status.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to seek instruction with respect to status of the appellant No.2 Bishu Mahato and appellant No.3 Gholtu Mahato whether they are alive or not and file affidavit to that effect.

3. Let such affidavit be filed on or before the next date of hearing.

4. Put up this case on 11th April 2025.
