06/17.03.2025 Ms. Priyanka Boby, Advocate under the instruction of Mr. Abhishek Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the arguing counsel Mr. Abhishek Singh is in medical emergency and prays for one week's time.

2. On the other hand, Ms. Soumya Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 has submitted that till date nothing has been paid by the petitioner to the opposite party no. 2, although the petitioner is earning Rs. 2,16,667/- per month as per the impugned judgment passed by the learned Court below.

3. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records.

4. Put up this case on 02.04.2025.

5. In the meantime, it will be desirable that the petitioner may pay Rs. 2,00,000/- to the opposite party no. 2 for the present, if not paid any amount so far.
