Order No. 07/ Dated:06.03.2025 Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

2. It appears from the office note dated 06.03.2025 that notice has been received by the O.P. No. 2 in person, however when the case is called out, no one appears on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some of the persons have been discharged in Criminal Revision No.758 of 2023 vide judgment dated 11.12.2023 by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice Subhash Chand as then his Lordship was). It is submitted that the petitioners are the President and the Vice President of the Cooperative and aged persons and aged around 71 years and 75 years respectively.

4. Put up this case on 25.04.2025, till then the further proceeding of learned A.C.J.M, Bokaro in connection with G.R. No. 375 of 2019 or his successor Court shall remain stayed. .
