I.A. No. 4678 of 2025 has been filed for release of the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Only) in favour of the Respondent which was deposited in compliance of order dated 07th February, 2025 whereby subject to payment of aforesaid amount, execution of judgment dated 08.12.2023 passed in Case No. 06 of 2021(JET) by the Chairman, Jharkhand Education Tribunal, Ranchi was ordered to be stayed.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the period of validity of demand draft has expired and he has to revalidate the said demand draft.

3. In above circumstance, the learned counsel for the appellants is directed to get the demand draft deposited in this case in compliance of order dated 07.02.2025 and revalidate the same for further period of three months, within three weeks, thereafter, I.A. No. 4678 of 2025 shall be heard.

4. List this matter on 06th August, 2025.
