1. The State of Jharkhand through the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, having its office at Project Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi, P.O. & P.S. Dhurwa, District Ranchi.

2. The Secretary, Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, having its office at Project Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi, P.O. & P.S. Dhurwa, District Ranchi.

3. The Director, Directorate of Health, Department of Health, having its office at Namkum, P.O. & P.S. Namkum, District Ranchi.

4. The Commissioner, Palamau Division, having its office at Palamau, P.O, P.S. and District Palamau.

5. The Deputy Commissioner, Latehar, having its office at D.C. Office, P.O., P.S. & District Latehar.

6. Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Latehar, having its office at Sadar Hospital, Latehar, P.O., P.S. & District Latehar.

02/ 26.06.2025 Instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for direction upon the respondent-authorities to regularize the service of the petitioner with all consequential benefits.

2. Ld. Sr. Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the issue has been well settled with regard to regularization and also in view of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(S). No. 4822 of 2018, the petitioner has not yet been regularized; in spite of the fact that there are repeated recommendations by the competent authority to the respondent No. 3. As such, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family welfare may be directed to look into the matter and regularize the service of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though no counter- affidavit has been filed, however, the law has now been well settled, as such, the petitioner may be relegated to the respondent No. 3, who will decide the matter.

4. Having regard to the fair submission of the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the prayer made in the instant writ application and also the law laid down in W.P.(S). No. 4822 of 2018 (Baleshwar Prasad Verma Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.), the respondent No. 3 is directed to pass an order of regularizing the services of the petitioner in view of the recommendations made to him repeatedly (Annexures- 5 to 10), within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.

5. Petitioner is directed serve the copy of writ application along with a copy of this order and the judgment passed in W.P.(S). No. 4822 of 2018 to the respondent No. 3 so that his grievance can be redressed at the earliest.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
