1. The present second appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2014 passed by learned District Judge-II, Dumka in Title Appeal No.20 of 2012, whereby allowing the title appeal, the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2012 passed by learned Sr. Civil Judge-IV, Dumka in Title Suit No.14 of 2005, has been set aside.
2. The following substantial questions of law arise in the present appeal :
(i) Whether the learned first Appellate Court while reversing the judgment of learned Trial Court on vital issue No.III has committed grave illegality and perversity in not meeting out the genuine reasons mentioned by learned Trial Court ?
(ii) Whether the learned first Appellate Court has given perverse findings on Ext.1 and Ext.'A' beyond the evidence on record and without meeting out the reasons of learned Trial Court ?
3. Admit.
As the respondent is represented by the counsel who has put in appearance, notice need not be issued.
4. Call for the Trial Court record from the Court concerned.
5. List this case under the heading "For Hearing" after receipt of record.
