Heard the parties.

2. This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of J.M., Palamu in connection with Lesliganj PS Case No. 76 of 2024.

3. There is an allegation against this petitioner and others of forging LPC certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is absolutely not involved in this case rather it is the other Computer Operators of the office. He lastly submits that in this case chargesheet has already been submitted and the police during investigation did not found it necessary to arrest the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State also admits that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.

6. When chargesheet has already been submitted in this case after proper investigation and it was not felt necessary to arrest the petitioner, I am of the opinion that there is no apprehension of the petitioner that he would be arrested.

7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.

8. The petitioner should take steps as per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another" reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 and appear before the court concerned and the court concerned will pass an appropriate order in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court considering the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted.
