1. Since the issue in this writ petition (PIL) relates to a service matter,

in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Dr. Duryodhan Sahu

and Ors v. Jitendra Kumar Mishra and Ors in 1998(7)SCC 273 and

since the petitioners' association has no locus to file this PIL, it is

not maintainable.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition (PIL) is dismissed.
