Order No.06/18.06.2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP
as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this is a
case of misuse of address provided by the O.P. No.2 and it is
submitted that no case of forgery and preparing false document is
made out.
3. In support of his contention learned counsel for the
petitioner has relied upon the judgment rendered in the case of
Md. Ibrahim and Ors. Vs. State of Bihar and Ors. reported in
(2009) 8 SCC 751 in Criminal Appeal No.1695 of 2009 which was
decided on 04.09.2009
4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has submitted that he
intends to file Counter Affidavit in this case.
5. It appears that this is a case of civil dispute.
6. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court
Records and neatly typed copy of the Case Diary.
7. Put up this case on 16th July 2025 and till then further
proceeding of G.R. Case No.759 of 2024 corresponding to Argora
P.S. Case No.156 of 2023 pending before the Court of Sri Achat
Srivastava, J.M. 1st Class, Ranchi or his Successor Court shall
remained stayed.
