Order No.03/12.06.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision Application, the petitioner is convicted by the learned Court below as such vide judgment dated 11.04.2025 passed in Special POCSO Case No.11 of 2022 by the learned P.O. of the Children's Court - cum - Excusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj for the offences under Section 376 A & B of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO act.

2. During course of the argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the web copy of the judgment before this Court dated 11.04.2025 and let it be kept on record.

3. Learned APP raised no objection.

4. This Court vide order dated 07.04.2025 had called for the Stage of Trial from the learned Court below.

5. In view of the submissions made above, this Criminal Revision Application No.342 of 2025 is dismissed as become infructous.
