1. Mr. Prabhat Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the appellants, on
instruction, has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present
letters patent appeal in view of the observation made by the learned Single
Judge at paragraph No.15 of the impugned judgment dated 30.08.2022 passed
in W.P.(S) No.7063 of 2013.
2. There is no opposition on behalf of Mr. Suresh Kumar, SC (L&C)-II
representing the State, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel representing
the respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Mr. Sudarshan Srivastava, learned counsel
representing the respondent No.9 i.e., the Account General, Jharkhand.
3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the appellants as recorded
herein, the present letters patent appeal is hereby, dismissed as withdrawn and
consequently, disposed of.
