This anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the court concerned who will consider the case of the petitioner considering the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of "Satender Kumar Antil vs. CBI and Anr." reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 and pass an appropriate order.
