permission to withdraw this application to appear before the Court
concerned.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is
dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
If the petitioner appears before the Court
concerned, his case will be considered on its own merits, taking
into consideration the fact that the offences are punishable for less
than seven years and the petitioner has complied with the Notice
under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, and also considering the
judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender
Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another,
reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, Satender Kumar Antil vs.
Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in
(2021) 10 SCC 773.
