Since the relief sought in the writ petition comes directly contrary to

the judgment rendered on 08.12.2022 in W.P. (C) No. 2706 of 2021 and

since the unit of the respondent no. 11 is being run over the land of the

Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority, we see no merit in this

writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
