Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to appear before the court concerned in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another" reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. This anticipatory bail application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the court concerned and take the plea available to him.

4. If his case is covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Satender Kumar Antil" (supra), the court concerned will consider the same and pass an appropriate order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
