02/ 07.07.2025 Learned counsel representing the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application and submits that they will appear before the concerned court below taking shelter of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of "Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773, Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51, Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2024 (9) SCC 198.

2. The prayer is allowed.

3. This anticipatory bail application is dismissed as

withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. If the petitioners appear, their case will be considered

on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the order of

withdrawal passed by this Court and the Court below will also

consider the individual overt act of the petitioners and then will

pass appropriate order.
