04/03.07.2025:             This anticipatory bail application under Section(s) 482 and 484 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 333, 307, 323, 324, 337, 504 and 506 IPC in connection with Jaldega P.S. Case No. 7/2027, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Simdega.

2. Heard the parties at length and had gone through the documents, annexed along with this application.

3. Opportunity was given to the State to oppose the bail, which the State availed and opposed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this case chargesheet has been submitted after investigation, thereafter cognizance has already been taken. He further submits that during the investigation, the petitioners have not been arrested.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioners to appear before the Court concerned and file necessary bonds to the satisfaction of the Court. Once the petitioners appear, the Court will pass an appropriate order in view of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 as well as the observation made in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
