The instant criminal revision petition has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and sentence affirmed by the Appellate Court under Section 304A and 279 of IPC.

I.A. Nos. 6560 of 2025 and 9947 of 2025 have been filed for substitution of opposite party no. 2, who is the informant and died during pendency of this criminal revision.

Since it is a case arising out of G.R. No. 1193 of 2007, therefore, the informant or his heirs are not the necessary parties in disposing of the revision petition. However, learned counsel for the informant will only assist the A.P.P. in hearing of the criminal revision. Both the interlocutory applications being I.A. Nos. 6560 of 2025 and 9947 of 2025 stand rejected.
