1. This second appeal was dismissed vide judgment dated 22.04.2025. However, the matter was placed before this Court at the instance of the office stating that on perusal of case record, it appears that in trial court's judgment, the case number has been mentioned as Title Suit No. 76 of 2001 and also Title Suit No. 76 of 2013. Further, case number in trial court's decree has been mentioned as Title Suit No. 76 of 2013.

2. The trial court's judgment was sent back for necessary correction. The learned trial court has reported that the correct case number is Title Suit No. 76 of 2013 and it was duly verified from the records. It was submitted that typographical mistake was already corrected on 09.01.2020.

3. In view of the aforesaid, Title Suit No. 76 of 2001, mentioned in paragraph 2 of the judgment passed by this Court in this case on 22.04.2025, is directed to be read as Title Suit No. 76 of 2013.

4. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections.
