Order No:-08 Dated:-21-07-2025 Perusal of the record reveals that this Cr.M.P. was listed before this Bench on 26.06.2025 and the same was disposed of vide judgment dated 26.06.2025 but due to printing error, the date of the judgment appearing at the bottom of page No.4 has erroneously been mentioned as '26th June, 2023' instead of being mentioned as '26th June, 2025'.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the date of the judgment passed in this Cr.M.P. appearing at the bottom of page No.4 is modified as '26th June, 2025' instead of '26th June, 2023' printed erroneously and this order be treated as a part of the said judgment dated 26.06.2025 passed in this Cr.M.P.
