Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits

that the maximum punishment is less than seven years for the

offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners. He

submits that the petitioners have appeared before the Police and

are cooperating with the investigation. He thus submits that the

petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this application to enable

them to appear before the concerned Court and take recourse of

the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission, permission is

granted to withdraw this application.

With the aforesaid liberty, this Anticipatory Bail

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
