2. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment
of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.299 of 2025 dt. 15.01.2025
-3 of 4-
titled Dharmendra Kumar Singh & Ors Versus High Court of
Jharkhand & Ors.
3. Though notice is served on all the private respondents, none
appears.
4. Therefore, this writ petition is allowed in terms of said order of
the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.299 of 2025.
5. In terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court, the High Court
of Jharkhand is directed to prepare merit-list of the promoted
candidates to the post of Additional District Judge and redo the
seniority in compliance with the applicable rules.
6. I.A. No.12013 of 2024 is dismissed.
