Ms. Rishi Bharti, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-III appearing on

behalf of the opposite parties, submits that L.P.A. No. 732 of 2023

preferred by the State of Jharkhand against the order 18.04.2022

passed in W.P.(C) No. 4677 of 2014 is still pending. She,

accordingly, prays for and is allowed three weeks more time by

way of last indulgence to pursue the said L.P.A.

2. I.A. No. 101 of 2024 filed on behalf of the opposite

parties for deferring the hearing of the present contempt petition is

accordingly disposed of.

3. I.A. No. 163 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the

opposite parties praying inter alia to drop the instant contempt

proceeding in the light of the judgment dated 09.04.2024 passed

in L.P.A. No. 318 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not press

I.A. No. 163 of 2025 in view of the pendency of L.P.A. 732 of 2023

preferred by the State of Jharkhand.

5. I.A. No. 163 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed as not

pressed.

6. Put up this case under the heading "For Admission" after

three weeks.
