The issue raised in this L.P.A. is covered by the judgment dated 6th
March, 2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 714 of 2023 (Upendra Prasad Vs. the
Food Corporation of India).
Therefore, for the reasons alike, the appeal is also dismissed.
