2) This application is filed by the applicant seeking condonation

of delay of 16 days in filing this appeal challenging the judgment of

the learned Single Judge.

3) Counsel for respondents do not oppose the condonation of

said period of delay.

4) Having regard to the reasons given in the application seeking

condonation of delay, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has

been shown for condoning the said period of delay.

5) Accordingly, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the

application is accordingly allowed.
