02/09.01.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that

the title appeal was decided on 01.08.2008 which was dismissed for

default and the said was restored after 11 years in Revocation Case

No.21 of 2019. He submits that in absence of any cogent reason

such delay was allowed and the title appeal was restored. He relied

in the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Union of

India and Another versus Jahangir Byramji Jeejeebhoy (D)

through his LRs. Reported in (2024) 3 Supreme 504 ; 2024

0 Supreme (SC) 296.

2. Issue notice upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 15 and 17 to 24

under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process for

which requisites etc. must be filed within a week.

3. Respondent No.16 is being represented by Mr. Ashwini

Bhushan, learned AC to Sr. SC-II.

4. Till the next date, there shall be stay of further proceeding

in connection with Title Appeal No.09 of 2005 pending in the Court

of learned District Judge-I, Chatra.

5. Let this matter appear on 24th February, 2025.
