04/06.01.2025 Learned counsel for the appellants is present.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that defect no.1 with regard to typed copy of page no. 9 be ignored. He submits that the same is fairly legible and it is just the cause title of the judgment. The party position etc. is apparent from the main judgment.
3. Considering the averments, the defect no. 1 is ignored for the present.
4. So far as the other defects are concerned, the learned counsel submits that the same have already been removed.
5. The concerned stamp reporter has also confirmed by coming to the Court that there is no surviving defect in connection with defect nos. 4 and 6.
6. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that arising out of the same judgment, another First Appeal being F.A. No. 164 of 2023 has been filed before this Court by some of the respondents of the present case.
7. This appeal will be heard along with F.A. No. 164 of 2023.
8. Post this case on 08th January 2025 along with F.A. No. 164 of 2023.
