07/ 02.01.2025 Petitioner has thrown challenge to the judgment/order dated 13.09.2023, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar in Original Maintenance Case No. 182 of 2022, whereby the learned Court has been pleased to pass order and directed the petitioner to pay Rs.5000/- per month by 10th day of every succeeding month to the Opposite Party No. 2 from the date of filing of the petition i.e. 29.06.2022 and so far arrears are concerned, the same was directed to be paid within three months failing which the opposite party No. 2 will be entitled to recover the same through the process of law.
Since nobody is appearing for opposite party No. 2, let notices be issued to him through Registered Cover with A/D as well as under
Ordinary Process for which requisite etc. must be filed within a period of two weeks.
List this case thereafter.
