6/13.02.2025      This second appeal has been preferred against the judgment of reversal

          by the learned appellate court.

2. This Second Appeal shall be heard on the following substantial question

of law:

"Whether the learned first appellate court while passing the judgment and decree has ignored the Exhibit-C in which it has been mentioned that demand was opened vide order of B.D.O, Nagar in Kabil Lagan Case No.7/IV/62-63 and held it was illegal, void and without jurisdiction in absence of any relief sought against those documents? And further it was in the knowledge of the plaintiff that the rent was assessed in the name of defendant's ancestor in the said Kabil Lagan Case No.7/IV/62-63."

3. Issue notice upon the respondent nos.1 to 9 by registered post with A/d

as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a

week.
