1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the

order dated 6th January, 2025, a copy of the judgment dated

11th April, 2023 passed in E.C. Case No.03 of 2019 arising out

of Hunterganj P.S. Case No.23 of 2017, whereby the petitioner

has been acquitted in the said criminal case has been brought

on record by way of filing supplementary affidavit.

2. Mr. Prashant Kumar Rai, learned A.C. to S.C. (L&C)-I appearing

on behalf of the respondents prays for and is allowed four

weeks' time to seek instructions and file counter affidavit.

3. Put up this case under the heading "For Admission" after

four weeks.
