02/18.12.2025 The matter relates to Sidhgora P.S. Case No.108 of 2025,

registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 351(3) and

3(5) of the BNSS, 2023 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the

petitionersseeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to

move before the learned court on the strength of the judgment of

Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus

Central Bureau of Investigation &Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC

51.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
