th Order No.03/15 December 2025 I.A. No.12978 of 2025

1. This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant by challenging the judgment and sentence dated 26.08.2025 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara in Sessions Trial No.84/2022 in connection with Mahila P.s. Case No.25/2021 by which the appellant has been convicted for the offences under Section 498-A of IPC and sentenced to undergo S.I. for two (02) years and to pay the fine of Rs.10,000/-.

2. I.A. No.12978 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellant vide order dated 26.08.2025

3. It appears that earlier the appellant was granted provisional bail for a period of thirty (30) days vide order dated 26.08.2025 and vide order dated 20.11.2025 the provisional bail of the appellant was extended for further fifteen (15) days till 05.12.2025.

4. It appears that this criminal appeal was filed on 16.09.2025

5. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to

the appellant namely Bittu Bauri by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 20.11.2025 is hereby confirmed.

6. Thus, this I.A. No.12978 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

7. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Interlocutory Application No.16154 of 2025.

8. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection.

9. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Interlocutory Application No.16154 of 2025.

10. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application No.16154 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

11. Admit.
