2. The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 06 days in filing this appeal.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is a retired employee and is in jail custody and after passing of the judgment of conviction and sentence, he could not consult any Advocate due to paucity of necessary fund and hence, the delay of 06 days in filing this appeal may be condoned.
4. Learned counsel for the Union of India has raised no objection.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in Para 5 and 6 of this Interlocutory Application, the delay of 06 days in filing this appeal is condoned.
6. Thus, I.A. No. 14974 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.
