The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner against the judgment dated 09.12.2013 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dhanbad whereby the claim under Section 33C(2) of the I.D Act has been partly allowed by directing the petitioners to pay the amount to the respondent.

2. Mr. Arpan Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as per his instruction the sole respondent has died and he is not having the details of the legal heir of the respondent as such the instant writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said Award, if the situation so arises or if so advised.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

4. Pending I.As, if any, also stand disposed of.
