1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole issue now remaining for adjudication pertains to compensation, as the petitioner has been deprived of one academic year due to the cancellation of her admission, despite there being no fault on her part. It is contended that the fault lies squarely with the respondents. In support of this submission, reliance has been placed on the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in National Medical Commission v. Mothukuru Sriyah Koumudi & Others, reported in (2021) 14 SCC 805.
2. Considering the issue involved in the present writ petition, it is hereby admitted.
3. No notice is required to be issued as all the parties have already appeared.
