09/ 25.08.2025 I.A. No. 2173 of 2020 has been filed for condoning the delay of 85 days in filing the present petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the delay has occurred in preparation and filing of the revision petition. He submits that this revision has been preferred against the judgment of acquittal of the learned appellate court.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that proper explanation is not there in the aforesaid I.A. for condoning the said delay.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2 has opposed the prayer on the same ground.
5. Looking into the contents of the IA and further this petition has been preferred against the judgment of acquittal and for the reasons assigned in the I.A., prayer made therein is allowed and the aforesaid I.A. is disposed of.
6. Let this matter appear under the appropriate heading.
