1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for JSSC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP(S) No.1945 of 2019 dated 17.01.2024 in the case of "Nishant Kumar Chandan Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors" wherein exactly similarly situated person as that of the petitioner who was also a Bachelor of Engineering has been granted relief.

3. Learned counsel for the JSSC prays for some time to seek instruction to file an appropriate affidavit in this case.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. It is made clear that if the case of the petitioner is similar to that of Nishant Kumar Chandan, the respondents will be at liberty to give the same relief to the petitioner also for which the pendency of this writ application will not come in the way of respondents.

6. List this case on 16.12.2025 under the heading "Admission".
