04/11.08.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the victim girl 'X' through her father as Respondent No.2 in course of the day.

2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served the Notice of this appeal through the Superintendent of Police, Godda upon the victim girl 'X' through her father in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 and Notification No. 23/ 2023/ R&S/ JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file affidavit with regard to service of Notice on the father of the Victim.

3. Admit.

4. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Record from the learned Court below.

5. Put up this case after Five (05) weeks.
