              appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 85/115(2)/126(2)/352/351(2)/3(5)/109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 the petitioner has already replied and he is ready to appear before the Investigating Officer.

4. Learned A.P.P appearing for the State submits that if the notice is there the petitioner is required to comply the same.

5. In view of the above and considering the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court will release the petitioner on the appropriate terms and conditions or on sureties as may deem fit and proper by the learned Court.
